Module Titles
Critical Thinking
(Credits: 10 ECTS • Workshop: 2 days)
Participants are introduced to concepts and techniques of critical thinking.
Applied Innovation Management
(Credits: 10 ECTS • Workshop: 1 day)
Applied Innovation Management contains a practical, step-by-step approach to developing high impact innovation in the training organisation.
The Irish Administrative System
(Credits: 10 ECTS • Workshop: 2 days)
The Irish Administrative System module develops a local and national focus on administrative systems and issues.
Research project
(Credits: 15 ECTS • Workshop: 1 day)
Each participant will complete a final year research project based on a topic relating to their work practices in the field of training and education (6,000 words). |
Workshops on research skills will be provided to assist students in planning and organising their research project.
Course assessment
Assessment for Year IV may be based on a combination of written assignments, written examinations and a research project.
The overall degree award result will be based on an aggregate of the marks obtained in Years III and IV.
Note: Modules of equivalent status may be offered on each year of the programme.
